Charmed Porch Co. – Terms & Conditions of Service:
By purchasing a seasonal porch design service from Charmed Porch Co., you agree to
the following terms and conditions:
1. Seasonal Decor & Product Longevity
Our porch designs include live and/or natural elements such as pumpkins, gourds, hay,
and plants. Due to the organic nature of these products:
-We cannot guarantee the lifespan or freshness of any live or perishable items.
-Product longevity may vary based on weather conditions, placement, and
individual characteristics.
2. Damage Disclaimer
Once installation is complete and the design is in place, Charmed Porch Co. is not
responsible for:
-Damage caused by weather, including but not limited to wind, heat, rain, or sun
exposure.
-Damage caused by wildlife, pets, insects, or any other external factor.
-Any loss, theft, or tampering of decorative items after delivery and setup.
3. Design Ownership
All porch designs are custom creations of Charmed Porch Co. Customers agree not to
replicate, resell, or use our designs, images, or branding for commercial purposes
without written permission.
4. Installation Requirements
Customer must provide a clean, accessible porch or entry area on the day of
service.
If the area is not accessible, a rescheduling fee may apply.
Installations will be completed within the agreed time window provided before the
appointment.
5. Removal & Cleanup (If Applicable)
If decor removal is part of your service package, we will return to remove all Charmed
Porch Co. items on the scheduled date. Customers must ensure porch access at that
time.
6. Photos & Marketing Use
Unless otherwise requested in writing, Charmed Porch Co. reserves the right to
photograph your decorated porch for use on social media, website, and promotional
materials.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
Orders are eligible for a full refund less a $50 processing fee if cancelled on or before July 31st, 2025.
After August 1st, 2025, all orders are considered nonrefundable.
8. Payment Terms
Payment in full is required to secure your booking.
Accepted payment methods: Credit Card, GPay, Apple Pay, PayPal and Venmo
9. Liability Waiver
Charmed Porch Co. is not liable for any injuries, damages, or accidents that may
occur as a result of or in connection with the porch decor after installation. Customers are responsible for ensuring the decor does not create hazards or interfere with normal use of the porch.
10. Customer Responsibility
Customer agrees to:
Inspect the display upon installation and report any issues within 24 hours.
Take care of the decor during the season, including repositioning or removing
items if needed due to weather or safety concerns.
Promptly remove any pumpkins or natural items that begin to spoil, lose
freshness, or attract pests to help maintain the cleanliness and safety of your porch area.
11. Service Area
Currently, our standard service area includes the East Valley (Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Queen Creek and San Tan Valley)
Delivery fees may apply and will be added at checkout.
12. Weather-Related Delays
If severe weather or unsafe conditions prevent installation, we may reschedule your appointment at no additional charge. You will be contacted with alternative dates as soon as possible.
13. Force Majeure
Charmed Porch Co. is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or incomplete services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness,
government restrictions, or supply shortages.
